Hotmail users

It looks like Hotmail is blocking automatic e-mails from Raidar.

You can try two things:

  1. Check your junk folder.
  2. Add sender info@wow-raidar.com to the list of your trusted senders (Options > Safe and blocked senders > Safe senders). Then try to request the forgoten password again.

I’m very sorry for this. I’m trying to find out why Hotmail blocks Raidar’s mails, but I’m afraid there’s nothing much I can do about it.

If you have any non-hotmail email address (e.g. Google Mail), send me a note from your Hotmail account (to prove that you are really the account owner) and state, that you want me to change your e-mail addres to a new one. I will update your profile and send you the password to your new address. Us the link Contact author in footer to send a message to me.
